Installation process

1. Loosen the tire: remove the valve cover and inner core, and deflate the tire.

2. Remove the tire: clamp the tire on the tire changer and adjust the valve at 1 o'clock position relative to the tire separation head. Insert the tyre tool and lift the tyre bead onto the mounting head to fold the buckle.

3. Remove the sensor: use a screwdriver to remove the fastening screw and sensor from the valve stem, then loosen the nut and remove the valve.

4. Install the sensor and valve: slide the valve rod through the valve hole of the rim. Tighten the nut with the help of the locating pin to 4.0 nm. Install the sensor body on the rim and tighten the screws.

5. Install the tire: place the tire on the rim and make sure that the valve is 180 degrees away from the separation head. Install the tire on the rim.
