Pre Sale Questions

We offer most of our products 1 year warranty, except for some refurbished products, which only have 6 month's warranty. You may refer to the detailed warranty time in each product page.

We are a registered US company in Denver, and we have several warehouses across U.S., therefore, most of our products will be shipped from our local warehouse to clients directly. Some items might be shipped from our oversea warehouse as well if local stock runs out.

We provide 30 days no reason's money back guarrantee, therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order 100% within 30 days, you can contact us to return the products to get either exchange or refund.

A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), or VIN for short, is a unique set of seventeen English numbers. It can identify the car's manufacturer, engine, chassis serial number and other performance information. All cars on the road today will have the VIN located on the driver's side dash, visible through the lower windshield outside the vehicle. If this tag is blocked or is not visible, you can also find this number on your vehicle's registration.

Some parts are universal and can be replaced for your machine directly. But to avoid mistakes, you’d better contact us to confirm the detail information about your machine.Like the VIN, MACHINE MODEL,MANUFACTURE YEAR OF CAR and so on frist.

Shipping & Delivery

We usually send by UPS, FeDex or DHL.You can choose different methods according to your actual needs. Please contact our sales with your requirements within 24 hours after your order is been placed, otherwise we might ship your order directly from our side with our shipping methods.

For now, we only ship within the United States. But in the near future, we might open other market as well.

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

· Processing time: 1-3business days

· Shipping time: US: 3-7 Business days

If there is any special condition that the order might be delayed on shipping, our service will send notification to you through email.
